In this episode I have the pleasure of interviewing Hitu Jugessur, the president of the Art of Living foundation in Canada; she points out that we are living extremely complex lives compared to our ancestors. People are under extreme stress especially since the pandemic. Demands and expectations are increasing tremendously and so much information is easily available that we need to know how to manage and navigate through it all. All these are stressors. There is a lot of trauma and anxiety and mental health is a huge issue today. For this reason Yoga can be an outlet to help you detox mentally, physically, and emotionally.
