Did you know that not getting enough protein can leave you feeling ๐ angry, ๐ depressed, and ๐ฉ fatigued?
Protein is essential for cell communication and DNA function. ๐งฌ
Our bodies need 8-9 essential amino acids from food to function properly! ๐ฅ๐๐
For animal-based eaters, pasture-raised eggs, wild-caught fish, and grass-fed meats are excellent sources.
For those like me who are mostly plant-based ๐ฑ, it’s all about combining organic legumes, grains, nuts, and seeds for a complete protein-packed meal (like my fave: beans and rice ๐ + ๐ซ).
