Celebrating Your Life’s Magnanimity Through Your Breath | Art of Living | Jennifer Stevenson | SCGP: 15
Have you ever been conscious of your breathing? Take 5 intentional deep inhales and exhales through the nose. As you breathe deep through your belly, I invite you to experience a regenerative feeling such as gratitude or appreciation for a loved one or something in your life.
I had an amazing podcast interview with Jennifer Stevenson who has more than 13 years of experience delivering a variety of yoga, meditation, self-development and leadership training programmes internationally with the Art of Living Foundation. During our conversation Jennifer explains how calming Breathwork is because it is grounding and directs attention to the quality and rhythm of your life. Jennifer affirms that breath is such a vital source of energy that if we observe our breath we can observe many other things as well.
In our podcast conversation we talk about the transformational power of healing through Breathwork and identify the seven levels of human existence. We discuss the importance of conscious breathing that results in intense self-awareness. She also goes into the details of the SKY breath meditation program and shares some wonderful practical self-care tips and guidance from the founder of The Art of Living Foundation. The Art of Living organisation is a non-profit educational and humanitarian organisation that was founded 40 years ago by Sri Ravi Shankar, who’s a global humanitarian. The work of the foundation is phenomenal. It is present in more than 156 countries and has impacted 400-500 million lives.
Jennifer also demonstrates and explains several breathing techniques for energy, relaxation and anxiety.
