A 2003 study by researchers at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine discovered that dance can improve brain health. Ecstatic Dance is dancing like no one is watching you, without the judgment of others or any rules/limits. This form of dance has been practiced throughout human history and is known as a meditative activity that helps us cope with stress.
