It’s an absolute pleasure to share with you this insightful conversation with the very knowledgeable Jiordana Saade, the founder of “The Mind-Full Clinic”, which is a practice that is based on the connection between mental health and Nutrition. She is holistic nutritionist with a background in Psychology, and a special interest in how food affects your mood!

Jiordana grew up with child obesity and struggled with body image issues, multiple eating disorders and bouts of depression, which led her to enter a career involving both Nutrition and Psychology. Jiordana graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition as Valedictorian with first class honors. Upon graduation Jiordana was hired to work as the only nutritionist at an obesity medical clinic in Oakville, where she had the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Mohammed Abrahim, who is also the Author of “Reversible”. Reversible is a book about reversing Obesity and its related disorders. Jiordana and Dr. Abrahim just released the sequel as co-authors called “Reversible, Journal” which is a step-by-step approach to overcoming obesity.
